My favourite book is "Maltida". This is written by Roal Dahl and illustrated by Quentin Blake.

It has Miss Honey, Miss Trunchball, Mr Wormwood, Mrs Wormwood and Maltida. Mr Wormwood was selling cars that were dangerous and he sold a car to Miss Trunchball and straight away it broke down. Maltida always gets told off for nothing.

I like it because it is exciting and it is a funny film and Miss Trunchball asked a boy a question and he didn't answer so she threw him out the window.

My favourite book is "Four Witches". This is written by Marc Brown and illustrated by Marc Brown.

It is about four witches, their names are Bonnie, Colleen, Kimberly and Katherine.

I like it because it was funny and I love the bits when the cats like the hats.

It is about Cosmo who comes to town and shows the people loads of tricks.

I like it because it's funny when the two children juggle. I like it when the dog rides a one-wheeler bike.

My favourite book is "The Story of the Little Mole That Minded his Own Business". This is written by a German author.

It is about a little mole that popped up out of his hole to see the weather and something unexpected came down from the sky, he thought it was a sausage but it wasn't. So the mole went around asking the animals if they done the sausage on his head.

I like it because it was very funny story and exciting and enjoyable and it gave you details.

My favourite book is the "Fourth Grade Nothing". This is written by Judy Blume.

It is about two boys that are brothers and one of them is called Fudge and the other one is called Peter. Peter is ten and Fudge is three. Fudge is his nickname. The problem is that he was very annoying and he liked to do all the things that Peter liked to do.

I liked it because it was funny and exciting and you can think of what the people look like because it gives a lot of detail and it tells how annoying Fudge is.

It is about a girl called Shirley and she found a trunk. One day she found some numbers that are 14551485 and Shirley could not work out what the numbers meant. Then she looked in one of her books and found what they meant 1455 - 1485.

I like it because it is very exiting. Her great uncle was Sherlock Holmes and she likes to carry on his work.

It is about an old man who wrote a story about a cat that ate the rat and the dog that chased the cat. And it keeps on going...

I like it because...

It's very exciting and it is a bit funny and stupid. I like the bit where the man trod on the bug. The paintings are funny because the man has a big head and a small body.

It's about Dr Xargles and his class of aliens. They had to learn about cats and what they eat and what they do and what they like. Then they go back on their space ship.

I like it because of the way they look. They've got green bodies, blue mouths and noses and dark green arms.

I like it because I like it when the man throws paper. He throws it through the letter box and she rips the middle of the paper.

It is about the adventures of George, Julian, Dick, Anne and Timmy the dog. They go to George's island and they look for ingots of gold on the island. They find themselves in a treasure cave, but they belong to the Government.

I like it because my nan loves the books and used to read them as a little girl. She has loads of them at home and I love to read them. They are all about adventures, and I love to go on adventures myself.

It is about a little boy who has to live with his aunts and they are horrible. One day he meets an old man and he gave him some magic seeds. James plants the seeds and it makes a giant peach. His aunt tries to stop him planting the seeds but she is too late. He climbs into the giant peach to get away from his aunt. He meets insects and they go on adventures.

I like it because it is an interesting story and they go on adventures.

It is about a puppy called Kipper and he plays with his friends Tiger and Monkey and they played on the slide in the garden. Kipper and his friends were being very naughty because they broke all the flower pots.

I liked it because I like animals and my favourite animal is a dog.

It is about two boys called Cal and Ricky and they live in Australia. They skip school and go fishing but they drift out to sea. They find the Gizmo and it turns everything into water and it starts getting cold and they have not got any clothes on.

I like it because it is funny and full of details and it gives you lots of pictures and the way they describe things like what they do.

It is about two little girls and they get a kitten. Further on in the book, they get a little puppy as well. They get in a lot of mischief and in the book there is a chapter called 'Fur Coats' and it was really funny.

I liked it because at the beginning and ending of the book they have a letter from Bimbo and Topsy.

I like it because a man catches the children, the man tries to open the lift.

My favourite book is "Frog and Toad are Friends". This is written and illustrated by Arnold Lobel.

Frog and Toad live in a house which is by the lake. Frog and Toad do not want to get out of bed because it is too cold. Toad rips all the dates off so frog thinks it is Summer.

The best bit is when Frog and Toad drown but then they are rescued.

It is about Winnie the Pooh, Eyore, Tigger, Piglet and Rabbit. It is set in One Hundred Acre Woods. Tigger always bounced on Winnie the Pooh's back. Piglet opened the door and got blown away. The umbrella went too high so Pigletlet go. She fell out of the sky.

I like the book because I like the pictures.

It is about a boy and a girl, their names are Peter and Jane. They go on an adventure together and see monsters. They get scared sometimes and sometimes they get lost.

I like it because it is funny when they see monsters. They get home late but they do not get grounded but they do go to bed without their dinner.

I like it because it is funny and I like it because it is good and fun. Matilda can lift up anything.

I like it because when Papa Bear said the cake is ready then baby bear drew himself saying he was eating it.

I like it because it starts off sad and when the end comes, it gets nicer.

I like it because Matilda gets special powers, she uses them to do good things to help people.

I like it because he had some great adventures in a peach and met insects like the spider. It is fun.

Paul Jennings's dad had lots of cow dung custard and hundreds of flies came along and Paul and his dad were buried with the flies. Dad had an idea, he got the cow dung custard and killed all the flies.

I like it because it is very funny and it stinks and it makes me laugh. I like the part when he kills all the flies.

It is about Winnie The Pooh, Piglet, Rabbit and Tiger. One night in One Hundred Acre Wood there was a rain storm. One hundred Acre wood was flooded.

I liked it because Winnie the Pooh has a dream about honey and he had a honey pot with him. He was trying to eat it.
